About Lenne Hardt

lenne-hardt

Lenne came to Japan from New York City in 1988 as a Bay FM DJ. She then went on to become one of the most familiar foreign voices in Japan.

Her news reports are broadcast regularly on NHK, Japan's public broadcasting service, as well as other major news outlets including, Inter FM and ABC. Her many character and narration voices are everywhere; guiding drivers on Japan Highway's Kiosk navigation aids, thrilling gamers world-wide on Sony PlayStation, etc (such as Tekken series, Virtual Fighter 4, Bloody Roar 3, Shenmue, Rumble Rose) and teaching students on an array of English language products including for the authoritative TOEFL and TOEIC exams.

Probably her most exciting presence is ringside at the hugely popular mixed martial arts event, "DREAM". Starting at the very beginning with PRIDE and continuing on with DREAM, Lenne's trademark "ready to rumble" regularly rocks stadiums packed with tens of thousands of MMA fans.

With all of this it is no wonder that industry insiders describe Lenne as "the best female narrator in Tokyo". Lenne Hardt is a unique talent, with her bilingual fluency, her extensive range of voices, her knowledge of the industry and her consummate professionalism.

Lenne is really excited about working on this project with you. We know you will enjoy her work and working with her.
